Execution, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Order Fulfillment

E-merchants using the MANDOPAY platform and/or the MANDOWEB solution agree to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if applicable. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and offer either a replacement solution or a full refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped by the relevant e-merchant. To cancel an order, please contact us directly at support@mandopay.com, providing your order number. After verifying your order, if the cancellation is accepted, you will be refunded in full through your initial payment method.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval of your refund. If accepted, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours.

For digital products such as online courses, ebooks, e-conferences, or services, you can request a refund if you provide proof that the e-merchant in question has failed to meet their commitment to you. To do so, please use the complaint form designed for this purpose.

4. Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, such as:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized products
  • Products and/or services that do not comply with applicable regulations.

In case of a claim, our team reserves the right to investigate the relevant e-merchant. If we find that the e-merchant is violating our terms and conditions by selling non-compliant or illegal products, MANDOPAY may suspend or temporarily close the merchant’s account.

The refund for the customer’s purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the purchase was made legally. If the purchase involves an illegal product or service, MANDOPAY reserves the right to deny the refund, either partially or in full.
