Registration for MANDOPAY services is completely free. No setup or integration fees are charged.
The remuneration policy is entirely based on commissions generated from transactions involving physical products, digital goods, and services sold via the MANDOPAY marketplace.
Commissions vary depending on the payment processors used by customers.
MANDOPAY SAS provides a commission table for each available payment solution, which can be accessed directly in the “Payment Methods” section of each merchant’s dashboard.
Each e-merchant has the ability to request a withdrawal of their balance once they reach the minimum threshold of 20 validated transactions, without any additional fees. For each withdrawal request, identity verification of the e-merchant may be required to prevent potential fraud attempts.
All orders made through the MANDOPAY marketplace or the MANDOPAY module are fully listed in a personal dashboard.
For each order (failed, canceled, or validated), both the merchant and the customer are kept informed of the transaction status from the corresponding PSP, and they receive an invoice in PDF format once it has been issued by the payment processor used by the buyer.
All transactions are processed via certified PSPs using a navigation path exclusively secured by valid SSL certificates, ensuring the encryption of each buyer’s personal data.
An order is considered valid once the transaction has been approved by the payment processor chosen during the buyer’s ordering process.
MANDOPAY SAS offers several certified and secure payment processors for handling sensitive data. All payment methods are accessible from the merchant’s dashboard, where they can choose to activate or deactivate each available solution.
All API calls between MANDOPAY and the payment processors are fully secured and encrypted. No sensitive data is stored during the purchase process.
Regarding the account information of each e-merchant: All data is stored in the database in an entirely encrypted manner, making it unreadable and indecipherable by humans.
Regarding billing information related to each e-merchant: No data is shared between MANDOPAY SAS and any third parties. MANDOPAY SAS does not sell any information for commercial purposes.
Regarding specific documentation for each e-merchant: Invoices, reports, and statistical summaries are only accessible to the e-merchant. MANDOPAY SAS reserves the right to access e-merchants’ reports and statistical summaries for accounting purposes only.
